Please read the instructions
signing up for a Mass. BEFORE
The obligation to attend Sunday Mass is still lifted, and no one should feel compelled to participate. If you are sick, feel unwell, or hesitant for any reason, please stay home and join in the live-stream Mass on Sundays at 10 am.
Beginning on May 16th, we will begin public Masses (4 pm Saturday and 10 am Sunday).
4 pm Mass will be for those 65 and older or those younger but with significant health issues ONLY! There will be no music at this Mass, and we will attempt to limit the amount of time spent together. These restrictions are not a guarantee that you won’t get sick but an attempt to protect you. The
10 am Mass will be open to anyone who signs up and will be like one of our regular Masses with music. If the signup for the available Masses fills up then we will also add our 8 am Mass.
We will also offer the
8:30 am daily Mass Monday through Friday. If you are unable to sign up for one of the weekend Masses because of space limitations, then you can attend a daily Mass remembering that the Sunday obligation is lifted. When participating in Mass, you will be required to enter the Church using the Broad Street entrance, unless you need the handicap ramp then you may enter the General Pershing entrance.
Everyone entering the Church must wear a mask. Please bring your own mask. If you don’t have an actual mask a scarf, bandana, or other face covering is appropriate. We will only have a limited number of masks available for use.
Upon entering, please take a wipe and proceed to one of the places open for seating. When you arrive at your area, wipe down your spot, and then move to one of the trash cans to throw it away.
Only those who live in the same household may share a pew without 6 feet of distance.
There will be no missalettes or hymnals available for use to limit the opportunity for the spread of the virus.
When coming for communion, please follow the tape on the floor. Please only stand where there is tape. This spacing will allow us to maintain 6 feet distance between each person. At all times, please follow the instructions of the ushers.
We encourage everyone to receive the Body of Christ in your hand and not on the tongue. When receiving in your hand, be sure your hand is flat and not moving. Then step to the side, remove your mask, consume the host, and then replace your mask and return to your seat.
After Mass, we ask you to get a wipe again and to wipe down the space you have occupied so that it will be ready for the next service.
On the way out of Mass, you can exit out of any of the doors. Please, do not congregate at the doors so that we can continue to maintain social distance and limit the opportunities for the virus to spread.
Lastly, please follow all the directions of the ushers. They are present to ensure each of us remains as safe as possible. Your cooperation with them helps not only yourself but also your fellow parishioners.
