Encourager’s Co-op

Fall semester 2019

Each family needs to sign up for 8 slots (UPDATED TO 7 SLOTS/FAMILY) for each semester. Please be sure to vary your duties, preferably something different each time. This number may change as number of families fluctuate each year.

If your student is participating in a 16 week please sign up for the end of the semester. 12 week classes are August 22 - November 14. 16 week classes are August 8 - December 5.

And just a reminder, if something comes up and you will not be able fulfill your commitment, it is your responsibility to find another family to trade with. Thank you!

Kitchens

Both the main kitchen and the one in the sanctuary. Wipe down counter and microwave. Wipe down outside of fridge and cabinets as needed. Wash and put way dishes. Please do this between 1:00-1:30.

Foyer, Youth Room Entry, Kitchens and Bathrooms. Sweep all and mop as required.

Odds and Ends

Wipe down the chrome chairs and tables with Windex. Spot clean the glass doors in the foyer. Check the playground for trash. Take all trash from bathrooms, kitchen, foyer and classrooms to dumpster.
