Decorations (Lainey Holmes) (3)

This committee will be in charge of working closely with the games committee to help plan decorations for the carnival and solicit volunteers to help with set up and take down of decor/games.

 

Marketing & Signage (Amy Graham) (3)

This committee will be responsible for creating the signage to promote the carnival, installing the signage around campus & sharing designs for distribution via email/viking voice/konstella/FB/Nextdoor/etc.

Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination (Katya Trifilo) (3)

This committee will be responsible for soliciting volunteers to help the day of the carnival and creating a volunteer schedule for the day.

Carnival Ticket Sales (Jen Sauve) (2)

This committee will be responsible for coordinating all of the carnival ticket sale logistics including pre-sale of tickets prior to the event as well as working at the ticket booth the day of the carnival.

 

Candy Corn Alley (Amy Graham) (2)

This committee will be in charge of planning candy corn alley including coordination of by grade snack contributions, cupcake walk logistics & working candy corn alley on the day of carnival.

Food & Concessions (Lainey Holmes) (3)

This committee will be responsible for contacting owners of cotton candy machine and snow cone maker to ask if we can borrow. Buy supplies needed for both. Help oversee both concessions the day of to make sure they‘re running smoothly.

Games (Jen Sauve & Lainey Holmes) (4)

This committee will be responsible for coordinating/planning of the small games for the carnival including volunteer solicitation, game logistics (vendors, pricing, etc.) & day of detailed schedule/plan.

 

Costume Parade (Amy Graham) (2)

This committee will be in charge of planning all logistics related to the costume parade including promotion of the costume parade, costume category winners and prizes & running parade day of the carnival.

This committee will be responsible for coordinating all of the raffle logistics including basket design, managing raffle ticket sales & working at the raffle tables the day of the carnival.

Plan and execute a large & fun fundraising activity to take place on the big field.

 

Buy In Parties (Katya Trifilo) (3)

This committee will be responsible for coordinating all of the logistics for the buy in parties including corresponding with potential party hosts, managing ticket sales & promoting buy in parties before & during carnival.
