St. Simon Service Opportunity (Simon Servants)
Time: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
St. Simon will prepare a meal of Sloppy Joe's, Tater Tots, Broccoli Casserole, Desserts and Drinks to approximately 100 people at Peter & Paul Meals Program in the Soulard area.

Volunteer below to: donate items for the meal to drop off in Lower Church Hall, help prepare the meal, or various other duties on day of event.
Peter & Paul Community Services (PPCS) and its' volunteers provide a meal 20 days each month, between the 2nd and 21st of the month, for community members. Clients include residents of their emergency shelter, individuals who are homeless, and individuals and families living on limited or fixed incomes. Monthly, more than 400 volunteers from the area churches and other organizations provide and serve a dinner to as many as 200 men, women, children, seniors and veterans each evening.
Directions from St. Simon -
Start out going southwest on Mueller Rd toward S Lindbergh Blvd/US-50 W/US-50 E/US-67 S/US-67 N/US-61 N/US-61 S.
Turn left onto S Lindbergh Blvd/US-50 E/US-67 S/US-61.
Merge onto I-55 N via the ramp on the left.
Take EXIT 207A toward Gravois Ave.
Turn right onto Russell Blvd.
Turn left onto S 9th St.
- Take the 1st right onto Allen Ave
Parking is available. Volunteers can park in Sts. Peter & Paul’s Parish Hall parking lot, which is diagonally opposite from the church. Volunteers will enter into the doors at the top of the staircase on the South-East side of the building. We can provide rides to anyone who needs one as well. We will meet in lower church hall and leave at 2:30 pm for anyone who wants to carpool or just follow.
Children are welcome to volunteer as well, if accompanied by a guardian.
Monetary donations are available. If this is a better option for you, please make your checks payable to St. Simon, and drop off or mail to the church office at 11011 Mueller Rd, 63123. Please note "Community Outreach" on your envelope and in the memo line. You can also now donate through the Online Giving button on our parish website @ www.stsimonchurch.org. Your monetary donations will be added to your year-end statement from St. Simon church.
