Push clicker as each person crosses the finish line
TIME MACHINE OPERATOR (9:30 AM - 11:45 AM)
Enter bib number on 10-key keypad as each runner approaches the finish line
CHUTE HANDLER (9:30 AM - 11:45 AM) (2)
Directs the runners down the chute - Keeping them in order
TAG PULLER (9:30 AM - 11:45 AM) (2)
Remove bottom portion of the bib number and hand it to the person putting it on the stringer. This person works closely with the TAG STRINGER
TAG STRINGER (9:30 AM - 11:45 AM) (2)
Place the tag onto the stringer. This person will work closely with the TAG PULLER
WATER STATIONS (9:30 AM - 11:30 AM) (4)
Stand at designated stations and hand out water to participants
RUN DOCENT (GUIDE) (8:30 AM - 11 AM) (4)
Direct runners to ensure no one gets lost
FOOD & BEVERAGES (10 AM - NOON) (3)
Pick up food and help set-up. Help hand out food to participants
TEAR-DOWN (NOON - 1:30 PM) (2)
Remove route signs, take down tents, pack supplies, clean up trash
