Once each month Hillside prepares and serves delicious and nutritious meals for the men, women and children who are currently residing at Elizabeth Inn Homeless Shelter located at 55 Elizabeth Church Road, Marietta. All meals are prepared in Hillside's main kitchen located near Celebration Hall at the back of the Hillside building. The food is later transported to Loaves & Fishes dining hall at Elizabeth Inn for serving.
MEAL PREPARATION Begins at 2pm and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Only 3 servants are needed for this task. You will be cooking with a trained Kitchen Manager.
MEAL SERVERS Arrive at Loaves & Fishes by 6:15pm and serving will take approximately 1.5 hours. Only 4 servants are permitted by MUST Ministries due to the limited space in the L&F kitchen. MANDATORY PPE (until further notice): Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer-- please bring with you if available. All cleanup is done by Community Service workers at the Loaves & Fishes.
Also, several times throughout the year Breaking Bread Ministry may prepare meals in Hillside’s main kitchen near Celebration Hall for church functions.
