2019 ASA Training

Dauphin County ASA Training 2019

An Athletes Serving Athletes Group Training Run is a casual “group run” that is an excellent way to connect with our community while checking out our program.  You’ll see what it’s like to run as part of our ASA Team and learn more about our organization.  There is no pace or distance expectation.  At a group training run you will be running as part of a Wingman Team with an ASA Athlete and other runners, led by a Captain who will manage the team and ensure a great experience for all.  No experience with disabilities is necessary.

If you are already in the program as an ASA Athlete, WingMan, or Captain - please click on the date that you are available and follow the prompts to sign up for a training run.  

If you want to just come and check it out - click on the date you are available, click "Interesed In Checking It Out", complete a Participation Waiver, and come join us for a run with no commitment!

Please contact the Onsite Coordinator via the contact details provided on each specific Sign Up Date if you have any changes or need anything the day of training.

We will take off at the indicated Start Time so please try to catch us if you are running late or stick around for when we return.  We look forward to seeing all of our Athletes, Wingmen, and Interested Runners at training, happy running!

Please fill out Waiver found in link above and be prepared to show receipt of waiver completion to onsite manager. Arrive 15 minutes before Start Time Note: You must be able to run the 3 mile training distance and you must be at least high school age.
