Meal Train

Wanting a way to do something for survivors of human trafficking? You can always provide groceries!

All food will be delivered to ESTN offices. Please deliver anytime between 9am and 4pm. If a later drop-off time is needed, please email us ([email protected]) and we will try our best to make other arrangements.

We are asking volunteers to provide the following items for a group of 8 survivors:

-An assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables. Choose 4-6 items off of this list:

lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, celery, peas (frozen if possible), cauliflower, cabbage, bell peppers, mushrooms, green beans (frozen if possible), ginger root, garlic, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, bananas, apples, mangos, pears, lemons, limes

-Ingredients for one simple, healthy meal.

Something simple that they can make together and share at the safe house. You can be creative with this- feel free to include a family recipe! Whatever you like.

-A printed recipe with instructions on how to make the meal.

-If you would like, you can also choose one breakfast or lunch item to provide.

**Do NOT think of this as providing ALL of the food that the survivors will have all week- they get food from lots of places. We don't want you to break the bank providing all kinds of groceries! This is just a way for them to have a few options at home throughout the week that are simple, tasty, and healthy.
