Enrollment packets are available at the District Administration Office, located at 201 Cedar Street, Florence, or/and on our web site, www.florence.k12.nj.us under Registration tab.
PACKETS MUST BE COMPLETED AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT. As a courtesy to others, if packets are not completed at the time of your appointment, you will be instructed to reschedule.
One time slot per child is needed.
At the time of your appointment, the registering parent or guardian will need to supply the following:
1. Driver's License OR Other Photo ID
2. Mortgage Statement OR Copy of Deed OR Apartment Lease OR Contract of Sale
3. Utility Bill OR Tax Bill OR Voter Registration OR Delivery Receipt
4. Birth Certificate
5. Proof of Physical
6. Immunization Records
7. Custoday Papers (If applicable)
