OSM Social Justice

Are you racist? Are you diversity mature? Are you unsure?

In the world of today these are very common questions -

Am I racist? Am I open-minded? Am I welcoming to all or just those I am 'comfortable' with? Am I honest? Do I have the skills needed to be Diversity Mature?

How would you answer these questions if asked? Join us, the Old St. Mary's Social Justice and Service Committee, as we dive deeper into Diversity Maturity and how it affects racism and makes us stronger individuals.

On October 14th at 12:15 pm Deacon James Norman, (click here to read his bio) will be speaking to the parishioners, friends, and neighbors of Old St Mary's on how we can become Diversity Mature.

On October 21st at 12:15 pm the members of your OSM Social Justice and Service Committee will be hosting a round table discussion, reflecting on the prior weeks' topic of Diversity Maturity and how we move forward with this information as a community of God's disciples.

God Bless!
