High School Counselors
Daytime student workshop for seniors.
Award Letter Workshops are held January through April of the senior year, during school hours or immediately following.
High school seniors are encouraged to attend to receive guidance on understanding and evaluating award letters. A brief presentation will include information about how colleges determine how much and what kind of financial aid to offer, an example of how to conduct the evaluation, then time for students to work independently and ask questions. Students should come prepared to the workshop with all award letters received from any school they are considering as well as any college portal login information needed.

You will receive a separate communication following your registration to finalize details. You will receive a confirmation email via SignUpGenius.com two weeks prior to your event.
At this time all workshops will be held virtually until further notice. You'll receive a link for students to register through Zoom (you're also welcome to attend the session by registering, but are not expected to attend). When sessions are able to be held in person, this workshop requires each student have internet access on a computer or other device during the workshop.
