Family BBQ & Lock-In (Aug)

We will be getting the families together to kick off our new Scout year on Friday August 5th. We will be at  Our Savior Lutheran for a family BBQ followed by an all nighter of video, board, and card games. Please complete this survey to indicate food contributions and activity supplies you can provide.

The BBQ will be our annual parent committee meeting while the Scouts play games.  ALL SHOULD ATTEND.

For the BBQ, we will cook outside or in the church's kitchen. We will be able to eat inside. If the menu does not meet your dietary needs please feel free to bring your own food. 

Note: we will be at a church, we can play games outside and inside, but need to follow safety rules.  If there are Scouts outside, we will need to have 2 deep leadership at all times.
Standard, basic safety precautions will be followed.

Lockin: after dinner, we will have a parent meeting, to be finished around 9 PM.  Everyone is welcome to stay, if you leave, only webelos and boy scout aged boys should stay.  Adults and scouts should sign up if you are staying for Lockin.  We need 4 adults to support the overnight fun.
