Broomfield Council on the Arts & Humanities
Back by popular demand, welcome to the Holiday Photo Event brought to you by the Broomfield Council on the Arts & Humanities (BCAH)! Sign-up for your slot for November 30 or December 8 and then click here to go to Paypal to pay the sitting fee of $25. As our thank you for supporting this fundraiser, you will receive a credit for a free 5x7 photo, compliments of BCAH.
Arrival: Please arrive at the Brunner Farmhouse before or within the 15-minute window for which you signed up. Multiple families can sign up for the same slot. This provides more flexibility to arrive on site and get ready for their photo. Last minute spills and tangled hair happens, so this arrangement will help your family have the best experience possible.
Location: Brunner Farmhouse, 640 Main St., Broomfield, 80020 (Corner of Main St. and Midway Blvd.; entrance to the parking lot is on Main St.)
Photo without Santa: If you would like to take your holiday photo without Santa, please let an elf know when you arrive for your photo.
Online Access to Photos & Ordering: After your photo, you will be provided information to access Santa's website for viewing and ordering your prints and items, including redeeming your credit for a free 5x7 photo.
Taking Personal Photos: Please do not take personal photos with your phones or cameras. You will be given a credit for a free 5x7 photo through Santa's website.
Selfies with Santa: Selfies are encouraged -- we only ask that you post the photo on Facebook, tag BCAH, like our page, and leave a review about the event.
Unpaid time slots: *If you do not pay for your time slot within 24 hours, your name will be removed and the slot will be opened up to other families, so please try to pay after you sign-up.
Any questions or concerns? Send an email to Santa's head elf, Keri Dillingham (BCAH Executive Director), at [email protected] or call 303-460-6800.
BCAH: BCAH is Broomfield's only umbrella arts, cultural and science nonprofit that presents and supports diverse, accessible programs and events for all ages and works to remove the barriers (economic, geographic, cultural, age-related) that prevent residents from enjoying and participating in engaging experiences. 50% of our programming is free, while 50% is low cost. The majority of the diverse programming and event offerings are presented in Broomfield.
A portion of the proceeds will fund the operations, mission, and programming of BCAH, which includes various children's events, theatre, choir, improv, film, orchestra, painting, Summer Sundays, Moon Rise Viewing, etc.
