Westfield in Lights 2019

Our annual Westfield in Lights will be held in downtown Westfield on Saturday, December 7th from 3-7pm.Join us for a fun holiday celebration downtown! FREE activities for the whole family include Pictures with Santa, train rides, pictures with Frosty the Snowman, a gingerbread house display, live reindeer petting and show, live musical entertainment, food & retail vendors, and the annual tree lighting celebration! Don't miss all the fun!

Background Check: All volunteers 18 & older must go through a background check. If you have not gone through this process in the last 12 months, please do so here: https://bib.com/SECUREVOLUNTEER/CITY-OF-WESTFIELD/ If you are under the age of 18, contact Bailey Spitznagle to sign a waiver.

Assist Bailey in checking in and distributing materials to all other volunteers checking in.

Picture Pal

Assist the photographer at the "Pictures with Santa" activity by retrieving printed pictures, placing them in a photo folder, and giving it to the proper patron.

Parking Lot Patrol (10)

Assist attendees in finding a parking spot, keep pedestrians safe by stopping vehicular traffic when necessary, communicate with other Patrol members to ensure a constant, safe flow of vehicular traffic.

 

Stroller Soldier (2)

Assist attendees at the "Pictures with Frosty" activity by checking-in strollers with an assigned number and returning the stroller to the proper attendee after they have exited the "Pictures with Frosty" activity.

 

Train Trooper (2)

Work with the Train Conductors by ensuring proper formation of lines, assist attendees with entering/exiting the train, and determine the proper time to cut-off lines towards the end of the event.

 

Craft Station Attendant

Keep the kids entertained while they are waiting in line for Santa at the craft station.
