Westfield Welcome Volunteers
Westfield's most anticipated event is just around the corner and will take place on Friday, October 8th beginning at 6:30pm on the luxurious grounds of The Bridgewater Club. The city's largest black-tie fundraising event, the Mayor's Yellow Tie Gala could not be possible without the help of our outstanding volunteers!
Dress Code: All volunteers are asked to wear black cocktail attire. For the ladies, this means: black dress or skirt (at least knee-length), black dress slacks (full-length), no khakis/capris/shorts, blouses or button down shirts, no polos or t-shirts, formal flats or sensible heels. For the men, this means: black dress slacks, solid color long sleeve button-up shirt with a tie, no polos or t-shirts, dark dress shoes, no sneakers or boat shoes, business suits are okay as well.

Background Check: All volunteers for this event must be 21 or older and must go through a background check. If you have not gone through this process in the last 12 months, please do so here: https://bib.com/SECUREVOLUNTEER/CITY-OF-WESTFIELD/ Please note that there is no charge for volunteers for this background check.
