As of May 10, BodyFlow is being renamed BodyBalance. It’s still the beautiful program we all know and love, it will just appear under this new name, which is already used in most markets around the world. The incredible instructor, great music, and movements you know will remain the same- it’s now just called Les Mills BodyBalance. You will see the BodyBalance name reflected in next week’s (5/16-5/22) sign up. Thank you.
