Teacher & Staff Tailgate Luncheon sponsored by Parents on all Tracks

Please sign up to bring your prepared or cooked item/s for the Teacher & Staff Tailgate Luncheon by 10am to the learning commons or cart in the front office.  If you are able to prepare or purchase food for vegan, dairy free, gluten free, etc, then your help is especially appreciated as there are quite a few staff members with these needs.  If you can assist with serving, set up, tear down or as an on call person for extra food delivery, we welcome the help.

  • Please note in the comments section what food you are bringing, so we have a variety of items provided.
  • Please clearly label meat free, vegan and gluten free items and provide a recipe or information on where you are purchasing, if possible.  Please be sure to label your items specifically for allergy reasons.  We do have COCONUT, DAIRY, AND GLUTEN allergies, so it's great to note if your items does specifically HAVE coconut, dairy or wheat.
  • Please send items in disposable containers or put your name on the dish that you would like saved.  Items will be rinsed and left in the teacher's lounge for pick up after dismissal.  Disposable containers will be reused for packing to go boxes for teachers or donated if not picked up after a week.

  • Items that are served cold may be dropped off after pickup on the day before the luncheon.  Please clearly label for teacher luncheon and place them in the Teacher Lounge's refrigerator personally.  We will attempt to keep the perishable items refrigerated as long as possible so the teachers may take home leftovers.

  • If you have a hot item, please consider sending it in your crock pot.  The teachers really prefer eating the entrees hot, but we do have four hot plates for casseroles.  We do not have the ability to heat or cook items on site.

  • Please bring any condiments or extras that go with your dish (rolls, toppings, dressings).

The teachers so love the blessing of your homemade and carefully selected store bought favorites, and we really appreciate your help in making the luncheon a great success.  If you have any questions, please contact Julie Karg at [email protected]
