Faith and Racial Equity sessions

With the events of this past summer and the call to examine the social reality of our times, I’ve really felt compelled to learn  more about race and privilege, to have difficult but necessary conversations about it, and to figure out how I can get involved in creating change. Would you be interested in joining me? I’m planning to facilitate an 8-session program called Faith and Racial Equity: Exploring Power and Privilege (written by JustFaith Ministries) in which small groups pray together, read books and watch videos, and have conversations around how we can seek racial justice in our community.  I’m hoping we’ll have a group of 8-12 people. Would you be interested? We will start meeting on January 21, 2021, 6:30-9pm, via ZOOM.
