Aiken Pickleball
Little Mo returns to Smith-Hazel and Gregg Park
Drills with "Little Mo" will start on Wednesday, May 11th, and every Wednesday thereafter until the middle of July. The drills will be held in the morning from 10-11am at Smith-Hazel, and in the evening from 6-7pm at Gregg Park.
As in the past, each week will have a different theme. Same theme will be at each location. Players may only sign up for one session per day.
Cost is $15 per person per sixty minute session. Each session is limited to a maximum of six players (minimum of three). Payment should be made at the Smith-Hazel or Gregg Park front desks and the receipt presented to the instructor.
The membership card you use to access Odell Weeks will allow you entry into Smith-Hazel as they are both City of Aiken recreational facilities. The daily fee at Smith-Hazel for non-members to play pickleball is $3. The daily access fee at Gregg Park for non-members is $10.
If you have signed up for a session and will not be able to attend, please remove your name from the sign-up. Players who do not attend and who have not removed their names at least 24 hours in advance will still be required to pay for the session. Failure to pay for missed sessions will make that person ineligible to sign up for future sessions.
Skill Levels do not matter in Drills with Little Mo. Players rotate hitting balls fed by a ball machine. Doesn't make any difference if you are a beginner or an advanced player. Each player hits approximately five-eight balls in a row and then rotates. "Big Mo" will be there to show everyone the proper technique.
