Summer 2022 at Blue Water Theatre Company
Improvisation is all about the art form of Improv and how it relates to theatre. With a focus on play-based learning, students will briefly learn about the history of Improv before diving into the fundamental concepts. They’ll focus on saying “Yes, and…,” interacting and listening to scene partners, staying in the moment, and making strong choices. The class will teach short-form improv using memorable games and activities for both dramatic and comedic improvisation. It’s a great introduction regardless of prior experience!
