All Volunteers need to complete a volunteer participation form and a background check. You can do so at www.kazoocivic.com or by completing the forms below.  If you have auditioned for a show already this season you do not have to fill out the form again.  

A Covid Inform and consent form needs to be filled out by all participants and brought with you to auditions.
