THANK YOU for volunteering to help with the 20th Annual Drama Awards Banquet!
This banquet is the highlight of the school year for our Thespians and is put on by the Drama Boosters in their honor. There are many opportunities to help with this great event, and we can't do it without you!
Please see our needs below for this important (and FUN!) day.
NOTE: Some tasks are PRIOR to the event and others are EVENT DAY.
Start time for EVENT DAY activities at 11:00 AM at SLVHS to load a van, then setup at Felton Hall from 12 PM; tasks may or may not take the entire time and the more volunteers we get, the quicker it goes!
Desserts may be dropped off at the hall between 12 PM and 4 PM. All kinds of desserts are welcome, we would like to have a wide variety: cookies, cakes, pastries, brownies, fresh fruits etc. are always well received (gluten free too!)
The event ends at 10:00 PM; we must have the Hall COMPLETELY CLEAN AND EMPTY by 11:30 PM. We will also need help unloading the van at SLVHS into room E7 after the cleanup.
