Fast Lane Swimming

Adult Training Program

The Adult Training (AT) Program is for experienced swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming technique.  There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 1,500 meters, with most workouts exceeding 2,000 meters.  The workouts will be intense and challenging.

 - 6 swimmers per session

 - Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15-7:15 a.m.

 

June- July 2019 - $325 per swimmer

9 weeks with 17 training sessions:  June 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, and 27; July 2, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, and August 1.

 

September- October 2019 - $325 per swimmer

9 weeks with 18 training sessions:  September 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, and 26; October 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, and 31.

 

You may choose to participate in as many of the sessions as you wish.  Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.  Registrations are finalized upon receipt of payment as outlined in the confirmation email.
