Fast Lane Swimming
The Morning Training Program is for experienced swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming technique. There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 2,000 meters, with many workouts approaching 3,000 meters. This program is designed for both adults and high school aged swimmers who are looking to be challenged and pushed in intensive workouts.
- 10 swimmers per session
- Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Registrations are finalized upon receipt of payment as outlined in the confirmation email.
