Fast Lane Swimming
The Adult Training (AT) Program is for experienced swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming technique. There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 2,000 meters, with many workouts approaching 3,000 meters. The workouts will be intense and challenging.
- 8 swimmers per session
- Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-6:45 a.m.
You may choose to participate in as many of the sessions as you wish. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Registrations are finalized upon receipt of payment as outlined in the confirmation email.
