Fast Lane Swimming
The program is for swimmers who swim for, or who intend to swim for, their high school program. It is designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique and to prepare them for the high school swim season. There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 2,500 meters, with many workouts exceeding 3,000 meters. The workouts will be extremely intense and challenging.
- 8 swimmers per session
- Meets twice per week (Mon/Weds) from 8:00-9:00 p.m.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Registrations are finalized upon receipt of payment as outlined in the confirmation email.
