Fast Lane Swimming
The program is for experienced competitive swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique. There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 1,500 more meters, with most workouts exceeding 2,000 meters. The workouts will be intense and challenging.
- 8 swimmers per session
- Meets twice per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
You may choose to participate in as many of the sessions as you wish. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Registrations are finalized upon receipt of payment as outlined in the confirmation email.
