Fast Lane Swimming
The program is for experienced competitive swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique. There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 1,500 more meters, with many workouts exceeding 2,000 meters. The workouts will be intense and challenging.
- 6 swimmers per session
- Meets twice per week (Mondays & Wednesdays) for 1 hour
April-May 2019 - $275 per swimmer
7 weeks with 13 training sessions: April 3, 8, 10, 22, 24, and 29; May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, and 22.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Registrations are finalized upon receipt of payment as outlined in the confirmation email.
