Leading and supporting Roles requirements:
For those wishing to try out for a leading or supporting role, please choose your top 3 roles you wish to be considered for. You must prepare the vocal and speaking sides for each role. These do not need to be memorized, however they should be very well prepared. Pitches and rhythms should be accurate and sides should be read through and rehearsed before the audition.
Ensemeble Roles and supporting ensemble:
Please prepare song #19-There's Money on That Tree. Start from :20 and sing up to 1:16, for those wishing to audition for a solo in that song, please sing to that part of the song and annouce this at the begining of your audition.
If you are interested in one of the Vagrant solos, please prepare song #8-Property of Spiker and Sponge. This should be in addition to the song -There's Money on that Tree. You may start the song at 1:45 and sing all vagrant solos.
I will provide the instrumental tracks during the audition, you do not need to provide a device to play your tracks off of.
CONFLICTS for any reason may RESULT IN your child's part being given to another cast member. ANY possible conflicts must be cleared with Rosy ([email protected] or 760-586-1932) before your audition.
School activities, vacations, school dances, birthday parties or any other outside activities are not considered valid excuses to miss rehearsals.
