Guest Services is how we welcome, inform, and serve every person who attends our church. Guest Services volunteers prioritize our guests, anticipate their needs, and remove obstacles.
Volunteer Roles are defined as follows:
Parking Lot (Middle School & Above): Assist guests with finding parking spaces and directing traffic flow. Flags and vests provided.
Greeters: These volunteers serve our guests at the doors by making them feel valued with a sincere greeting, a friendly presence, and a fond farewell.
Ushers: These volunteers serve our guests in the Worship Center by initiating with a warm greeting, friendly presence, and clear directions to a seat.
Hospitality: These volunteers serve our guests by providing an environment where they can fellowship together by enjoying food and beverages.
Hosts: These volunteers serve our guests by being the "see a need, meet a need" team. They are the eyes and ears of our gathering areas to make sure people know what's happening and where to go. They are the primary go to for staff or teams that need additional assistance.
