Wellbeing Run Club

Wellbeing Run Club is continuing through Autumn and into Winter every Tuesday at 12:05pm, meeting opposite Refectory Steps. For those of us on campus or transitioning back then this is a great opportunity to create a wellbeing break into our day. Staff and students all welcome

Whether you've just started running or are looking for something flexible to fit around your schedule, then come and join us. We will fit the session around your needs.

What you will need:

  • please come ready changed in comfortable clothing to run in, e.g. shorts or gym trousers, a t-shirt and some trainers
  • some water (optional)

Where we'll meet you:

  • Opposite Refectory Steps

When we'll meet you:

  • Tuesday at 12.05pm
