Install & Launch Training (8)
This is training for anyone willing to install buoys
This person is willing to oversee all aspects of the installation process during HOTL weekend (Friday, Sat, and early Sunday). It should be the same person for all three install times as well as the October 13 training.
Friday Install – LWRC Boathouse (2)
Friday Buoy Staging and Install (2 – this job is already assigned) – preps and installs buoys on the big turn, and the finish line
This person will oversee all staging inlcuding Friday and Saturday mornings (same person).
Buoy Staging– West side of LWRC boathouse (6)
Staging Crew (6) – Gets the buoys, anchors and tackle ready to go and staged onto the install launches.
Saturday Installation – LWRC dock (5)
Saturday Buoy Installation (5) Must be able/willing to drive launch. Install some of the buoys on the course, ferry equipment to Pocock dock. Restock launches and ready them for overnight install crew.
Sunday Installation – LWRC Dock (4)
Sunday Install (3) – This crew will be assigned by Mike Rucier (no sign ups)
Tear Down – Meet at LWRC, then drive to UW (5)
Tear Down (5) – Willing/able to drive launch. Must be physically able to pull up anchors stuck in the mud. Team will bring all the buoys and tackle back from the course (start time will depend on when racing ends)
Cleanup – Meet at LWRC dock
Clean up Captain (1 - Josh Proctor already assigned) – Leads the cleanup crew
Cleanup – Meet at LWRC dock (10)
Clean up Crew (10) – Brings all buoys and anchors and tackle back into the boathouse and puts it away
