David's Room in the Inn
Looking for up to four people (maximum) each week to prepare and serve our meal. Two will be designated servers-to include all drinks, food, refills - no self serve options will be available to protect everyone. All food handlers must wear gloves and mask at all times. All serving done on disposable items, condiments must be individual, etc. NOTE: cooks must clean dishes and all kitchen surfaces before leaving. We will not have our dishwashing volunteers this year. A bleach solution will be available with rags.
5 tables will seat 3 individuals each maximum, with 9 guests total. Dinner should be able to serve 20, with ample portions (9 guests, table hosts and cooks as needed). Leftovers cannot be left in the fridge. If there are full trays that can be frozen, those may be able to be put in the freezer. Otherwise cooks should plan to take extra food home. Help planning adequate size meals is available!
If you want to provide a meal but aren't able/willing to be here in person, pick your date and we will find some volunteers to serve as above. Email Rider to alert him.
