Interfaith Community Service Day
Convened by ADAMS CENTER, PROJECT ROZANA-GREATER WASHINGTON CHAPTER AND MASJID MUHAMMAD
Members of Houses of Worship across the DMV will fill care packages for impoverished residents of inner-city Washington. Co-sponsoring congregations to be listed on upcoming flyer. After packing products from 12:00-1:30. From 1:45-3:00 pm, we will discuss how the Interfaith community can work together effectively to help our brothers and sisters in need in the inner-city.
We are asking volunteers from various Houses of Worship to sign up below to bring with them to Interfaith Community Service Day items to fill the care packages; which will then be loaded into gallon-sized zip-loc bags for delivery to recipients. Please sign list below to specify the items you will bring with you to the event (non-perishable items only). In order to ensure consistency, please purchase travel-sized/individual sized products, rather than regular sized or bulk.
Please review the products on the list below to decide which of the available items you would like to bring. Then click on a button below to sign up to bring a particular product. The numbers in parentheses after each product represent the number of slots available to sign up for the paticular item. Sub comment under each item specifies the # of items each volunteer will bring.
