Our HMS spring social is on Friday, March 27th and we need lots of helpers to make this event a success and to continue having these fun socials for our kids.
We have 2 different areas we need help in, Prepay Sales (3/23-3/27) and Event Help (3/27). Take a look below and sign up to help where you can.
As a reminder, this is a student ONLY event. If a parent is interested in attending, please consider volunteering to help at the event.
We welcome all parents and it would be great to have a few Dads for each social on March 27th to help with crowd control. As a reminder, ALL adult volunteers must complete a GCISD background check and be cleared prior to March 27th in order to volunteer. Please note, we will shut down activities if we do not have enough volunteers. Your student's safety is our #1 priority.
Please check in with Jennifer Richard at the volunteer table once you arrive to the social and she will have your assignment for the night.
* Student Volunteer positions are only open to 7th-12th grade students.
** We are looking for a coordinator to be in charge of the pre-pay sales week. Sales are made during the lunch periods at HMS. The coordinator would set up the table, count and turn in money to the HMS office each day and record the names of the students who pre-pay each day onto a spreadsheet. (No tickets will be given... names are written down and recorded on a spreadsheet.) We are getting 1-2 volunteers per day to help assist you selling the tickets so you wouldn't have to stay the entire time.
