As part of our Back 2 School programs we offer one called From the Field Trips. This program is designed to help our youngest guests learn about local, healthy eating, and more importantly, how to make grocery shopping fun.

To sign up for a field trip select a date at your local store and select an available time slot.

Calendar Subscription Instructions

Copy the following webcal link:

AOL Calendar Top

Go to http://calendar.aol.com
On the top-right corner, click the "Action" menu
From the Action menu, select and click "Subscribe to a Calendar" option
In the Subscribe to a Calendar form, enter the Calendar Name
In the Subscribe to a Calendar form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
Important! In the web address, replace "webcal" to "http".
Click "Subscribe" button

Google Calendar Top

Go to https://calendar.google.com
On the left navigation menu, click the arrow-down button for "Other calendars"
From the menu, select and click "Add by URL" option
In the Add by URL form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
Click "Add Calendar" button

iCal Calendar Top

In Calendar menu, click "File", then select and click "New Calendar Subscription"
In the New Calendar Subscription form, enter the name of the calendar
In the New Calendar Subscription form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
When finished, click the "Ok" button

Outlook.com (Live) Calendar Top

Go to https://outlook.live.com
From the menu, click "Add Calendar", then select and click "From internet"
In the Calendar Subscription form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
In the Calendar Subscription form, enter the Calendar name
When finished, click the "Save" button

Outlook (Desktop) Calendar Top

Open your Outlook application
Navigate to Calendar
From the left navigation pane, right-click "Other Calendars" option, then select "Add Calendar", then select and click "From Internet"
In the New Internet Calendar Subscription form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
When finished, click the "Ok" button

Yahoo Calendar Top

Go to https://calendar.yahoo.com
From the menu, click "Actions", then select and click "Follow Other Calendars"
Using the form, enter the calendar name
For the iCal Address, enter or paste the calendar's web address
When finished, click the "Continue" button

The creator of this sign up has chosen to display the slots in a calendar view. However, your browser's JavaScript is currently disabled and is required to view the calendar. You can either enable JavaScript by following one of the instructions listed below or view the sign up in list view by clicking on the List View button.

Disabled JavaScript

JavaScript is currently disabled on your browser. Our application requires JavaScript to properly function.

Here are instructions on how you can enable JavaScript on your browser.

Chrome:

On the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click on the "Customize and control Google Chrome" (three vertical line, a.k.a. 'hamburger menu') and select "Settings".
In the "Settings" page, locate and click on the "Show advanced settings..." link (typically at the very bottom of the page).
The advance settings are shown. Under the the "Privacy" section, locate and click on the "Content settings..." button.
The Content Settings dialog window opens. Under the "JavaScript" section, select "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)".
Click on the "Done" button to save the settings and close the dialog window.
You may close the "Settings" tab and reload the SignUpGenius application.

FireFox:

Open a new tab and in the address bar, enter the following: about:config and press Enter.
If a warning message is displayed "This might void your warranty!", click "I'll be careful, I promise!" button.
This will take you to the browser configuration menu. In the Search input, type javascript.enabled.
Select the line record at exactly match "javascript.enabled" - under the "Value" column, it should be "false". Double-click the selected row to toggle and enable JavaScript. Verify that the Value should now be set to "true".
You may close the configuration tab and reload the SignUpGenius application.

Internet Explorer (IE):

Open a new tab and on the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click "Tools" icon (cog or a rotary icon) and select "Internet Options".
The Internet Options dialog window will be displayed. Under the "Internet Options" window select the "Security" tab.
Within the "Security" locate and click the "Custom level..." button.
Another dialog window will be displayed. Within the "Security Settings - Internet Zone" window, look for the "Scripting" section (should be towards the bottom).
Under the "Scripting" section, locate "Active Scripting" item then select "Enable".
If a "Warning!" window pops up, select "Yes". Click "OK" to save and close the dialog windows.
You may then reload the SignUpGenius application.

Safari:

In the Safari menu, click on the "Safari" and select "Preferences".
The "Preferences" window is displayed. Locate and select "Security" tab.
Under the "Security" tab, locate the "Web content" section and check the "Enable JavaScript" option.
Close the "Preferences" window, and reload the SignUpGenius application.
