Friday Set-Up

Help set up tables, chairs, and equipment in event tents and around the grounds of the park.

Exhibitor Unloading

Using map provided, you'll help direct and deliver exhibitors to their tables and help with unloading their equipment and materials.

Festival Parking Guides

Stationed at park entrances to direct vendors, exhibitors, and volunteers to their designated parking areas.

Volunteer Check-In

Check volunteers in and out and give them their volunteer t-shirt.

Special Projects

From the Earth Day tent, you'll go wherever needed to help with various tasks, as directed by the volunteer coordinator.

Bike Valet

Ensure bike safety and security. Check in, watch over, and check out attendees bicycles in the bike corral.

Reserved Parking Guides

Help direct parking at lots reserved for entertainment and staff.

Shuttle Lot Parking Guides

Direct attendees onto the complimentary shuttle from festival parking lot to festival grounds.

Children's Tent and Activities

Help our Children's Coordinator and exhibitors keep scheduled activities, crafts, and music flowing.

Food Tent

Help keep tables clean, and monitor trash and recycling.

A-TENT-dants ;-)

Guide attendees through the exhibitor tents, answer questions, give directions.

Pack Up and Pick Up Crew
