Child Care Providers
In efforts to assist providers that have been impacted by Hurricane Michael Department of Children and Families, ELC of NWF, Office of Early Learning, Florida Children's Forum, Department of Health and Human Services, Florida Shots, Bureau of Child Care Food Program and other Community Partners are teaming up to assist you with all your child care needs.
This two-day event will provide an opportunity for child care providers to obtain necessary information/forms to recreate files for licensure compliance, information how to open a child care facility or family day care home, opportunity to have child care personnel fingerprinted (don’t forget to bring your OCA#), talk with ELC staff about reimbursements, Contracts and Needs Assessment, information from state and federal resources available to assist in recovery, and the USDA Food Program.
We will have created a sign up and will have 6 slots ever 30 mintues. There is no need to sign up for more than one appointment.
In order to better assist you please send the following information listed below (only if needed) to: [email protected] as soon as possible.
- roster of staff (name, date of birth, last four of the social) this will assist us in pulling personnel Background Screenings and DCF training transcripts
- children names with date of birth (to obtain copies of their immunization records)
- Onsite livescan services have been cancelled, due to the provider being unavailable
