Ongoing Yoga Classes

Please sign up for class by 4 pm. If there are fewer than three people signed up at that point, I'll notify those who have registered that class is canceled. Otherwise, class is on! Hope to see you soon! 

Class Descriptions:

All classes begin and end with guided breathing, meditation, and relaxation and are designed to release stress and tension while also improving balance, flexibility, and strength. I tailor classes to the needs and abilities of the students present and offer modifications to make poses easier or more challenging as appropriate. All experience levels, including beginners, are always welcome!

Gentle Yoga is focused on relaxation and stretching. Some standing poses and gentle flow are usually included, but most poses are lying down or seated and are restorative in nature.

Gentle Flow incorporates more gentle movement and standing postures that are appropriate or can be modified for any level.
