****SPECIAL SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS****
Deadline: Sign up sheet will close at 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 6th. Should you need to cancel after this date, please inform the Pro-Shop and one of the directors.
This is a two-day event and you are signing up to play on both days. Sign up individually in one of the open slots. If you want to play as a team, make sure all team members sign up in one of the other open slots on the same team. After all the members of your team have signed up, email Diane Wright at [email protected] with your team's members names. After the sign-up closes, Diane or Carole will create the pairings and will make sure that team members submitted to her are in the same foursome.
Your team's tee time and starting hole will be determined after the sign-up sheet closes.
If all slots are filled, add your name to the first open "Alternate" team slot you see. If you see an open slot and there are players signed up in the alternate slots, PLEASE DO NOT sign up in front of the alternates. Instead, add your name to the next available alternate spot. Doing so will ensure that those members on the alternate list will be placed into play according to the order in which they signed up.
