Hi all! Sign up to be a Flocker! This is a fun way to participate in the fun of Senior year, as well as raise money for Project Graduation! This is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year, and we need your help to make it work!
Just sign up to flock for two weeks (or four if you love flocking!)... You will be in charge of your flock and flocking 6-8 times during that time period. Do not flock someone until we confirm that the person doesn't have insurance. Each time you pick up the flock, text CamRae: amount dontated and who they nominated to be flocked next.
Here's How It Works:
Each flocking team will pick up 15 flamingos, 2 "You've Been Flocked" signs, and paperwork to give the flocking recipients on the day you have signed up for. You will return your flock on the Saturday ending your 2 week time frame.
You will probably go out 2-3 nights each week to flock.
Before you begin flocking, complete "Recipient Name" and "Flock Sent By" name (if you have one) on your paperwork.
Complete your Flocker Team name and info for recipients to call you for flock pickup.
Put the form in the blank envelope and tape to the front door or stick under the front door mat so it's visible.
Place sign and flamingos in front yard at night, think stealthy ;).
Within 48 hours or less-once your are contacted to pick up flock-pick them up as soon as possible and remember to get completed paperwork and donation. If they don't want to leave a donation just remove the flock. Text CamRae: amount donated and who they nominated to be flocked next.
If you don't hear from person flocked within 48 hours you need to call them and ask if you may pick up their flock and donation.
Hopefully they have nominated someone else to be flocked. If so, please text or call CamRae with the name so we can check and make sure they don't have flocking insurance. If no one is nominated contact us to give you a person to flock.
Please turn in returned forms and donation $$ to CamRae once a week so that we can keep a master list of all kids who have been flocked.
