Thank you for delivering Meals on Wheels!
• Pick up meals at the hospital at 12:00 noon. Be sure that you know your route color. You will be given three or four coolers containing meals to deliver. Names, addresses, directions to the homes, and additional information are on the lid of each cooler.
• Allow yourself approximately an hour to complete your route, depending on road conditions. The number of meals you are scheduled to deliver may vary from day to day.
• If you find that you are going to be late for your route, please phone the hospital kitchen (507-646-1022) as soon as possible to alert the staff to this fact.
• If you are showing any signs of COVID-19 or have been exposed to a known case, please do not present to volunteer. Stay home and reach out to your health care provider. Alert the coordinator of MOW at your organization so they can find a substitute driver, or call the substitute driver list yourself (if provided).
