All Shook Up
All Shook Up is a 2004 American jukebox musical with Elvis Presley music and with a book by Joe DiPietro. The story is based on William Shakespeare's 1602 play Twelfth Night

Performances: April 18th-20th, 2019 (*no Sunday matinee as we are aware that this is Easter weekend)
Auditions: Tuesday, January 15th from 7:30-9:30pm with Callbacks on Saturday, January 19th from 2:00-4:00pm (please read all the information on the Sign-up Genius link below)
You have two steps to take in order to get enrolled in this class, enroll in the class by clicking the Enroll Button at the bottom of this page and then sign-up for an audition time. Students will need to prepare one FULL musical theatre or pop song in the style of the show with an accompaniment CD or iPhone track. From there, students will be given further callback material to look over if needed. It is important that you become familiar with the musical ahead of time but please know that the high school edition is not exactly like the recording most of you have listened to.
CAST OF CHARACTERS:
NATALIE HALLER (Early 20’s): a mechanic.
CHAD: a great-lookin’, motorcycling, guitar-playing, leather-jacketed roustabout.
JIM HALLER (mid 40’s-50’s): Natalie’s widowed father.
SYLVIA (mid 40’s): the no-nonsense, African-American owner of SYLVIA’S HONKY-TONK.
LORRAINE: Sylvia’s 16 year-old daughter.
DENNIS: a young, awkward, aspiring dentist.
MISS SANDRA: the beautiful, intellectual caretaker of the town’s museum.
MAYOR MATILDA HYDE (mid 40’s-50’s): the town’s conservative mayor.
DEAN HYDE: Matilda’s 16 year-old son. He has grown up at a military boarding school.
SHERIFF EARL (mid 40’s-50’s): the law in town. A man of not many words.
- Tuesdays from 6:45-9:00pm beginning August 28th (the decision about the day and time of the class will depend on enrollment numbers)
- Plus, occasional Saturday rehearsals and extra rehearsals towards the production weekend
**We always give you a rehearsal schedule with the dates and times at the auditions so there isn't any confusion.
- $120 a month for 4 months (Fall: August-November & Spring: January-April)
- The First and Last month payment is due either January 31st or August 31st depending on the semester.
- One-time $25 Enrollment Fee
The January/August Tuition includes all production fees: performance licensing, technical costs (lights, sound, sets, prop, costumes), Script, Rehearsal CD/Online Link, & 2 Complimentary Tickets.
*This does not include show t-shirt, production dvd, costume base, and make-up.
