Hospitality/Operations

This volunteer opportunity will allow you to participate in the logistics and operations of the entire conference.

Depending on the time you sign up for, duties will range from door monitors, both in the main event room and other parts of our campus, assisting participants by providing directions, assisting parishioners attending regular mass that weekend, setting up snacks at break times, assisting with crowd control during breakfast/lunch/dinner/workshops/snack time/etc., trash, restroom policing, etc.

What is YOUTH 2000?

YOUTH 2000 is a conference for 8th-12th grade students. The Diocese of Nashville will be hosting this conference at the Catholic Pastoral Center on March 1-3, 2019. This conference responds to Saint Pope John Paul II's challenge to prepare young people to live and proclaim the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ. The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal and Catholic musician PJ Anderson will be joining us for a conference filled with:

  • Inspirational Talks
  • Praise and Worship
  • Celebrations of Mary
  • Speaker Panels
  • All centered around the MOST HOLY EUCHARIST & ADORATION!
