Centreville HS will be conducting athletic physicals for the 2022-2022 school year on Wednesday, June 15th at Clifton/Centreville Family Medicine (6201 Centreville Rd. Suite 100, Centreville, VA) from 6pm-8pm. The cost for physicals is $50 (cash or check payable to FMCC).
Please bring your completed VHSL physical form with you. The form has been revised and may be downloaded from the VHSL website:
