Volunteers must be 21 to sell alcoholic beverages. Volunteers should arrive 10 minutes before the start of their shift. A TABC training certificate that is good past April 17, 2020 is required and must be brought to AHN 2020.
Volunteers needing TABC training for AHN 2020 may sign up for the training for any of the online courses that would result in granting the two year license. You must register on your own and pay for the training. If you work at least one shift at the AHN 2020, you may be reimbursed the cost of the training not exceeding $10.99. The training must have been completed after January 1, 2020 and you must turn in your request for reimbursement (name, address, phone number, cost) to the Booth Captain before the end of your shift. Requests turned in separately or after April 17 will not be processed. Reimbursement checks will be sent by May 10.
