Booth Markers/Set Up

Please meet on Haven Street near Eastern Bank. We will be marking booths on High, Haven and Main Streets

Tent Set Up/Down

Assist in putting up/taking down tents as needed throughout the Faire route

Traffic Directors

Assist in directing traffic prior to the Faire and helping vendors locate their booths

Attractions (inflatables and rides)

VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 TO SIGN UP FOR THIS TASK. Responsibilities include keeping kids cued up and taking tickets as they enter attractions.

Children's Area - Games

Please meet at Reading Cooperative Bank parking lot located on Haven Street. Check in at the Children's Area. Assist with various children's games.

Children's Area - Face Painting

Please meet at Reading Cooperative Bank parking lot located on Haven Street. Check in at the Children's Area.

General Helper

Help with miscellaneous tasks throughout the duration of the Faire and to assist Faire goers in finding specific points of interest along the Faire route.

Car Show

Direct cars in show to CVS parking lot.

Parking lot attendant

High Street Train Station - direct traffic and keep spots reserved for some Haven Street residents

Dunk Tank Volunteer

Manage line at dunk tank (not getting wet)

Stage/Audio Set Up and Take Down

Meet Bob Beckford at lower stage on High St

Children's Area - Adult Supervisor

Simply be available to the teen volunteers who run the children's activities and interact with parents. Arrive at the Reading Coop Bank Parking Lot on Haven.
