Saint Francis Feeds
St Francis has the privilege of providing breakfast to guests of Oak City Cares, a multi-services center to prevent homelessness, on the 2nd Saturday of every other month and on the 4th Sunday of each month. Thank you for your willingness to help!
As the COVID-19 panademic situation forces all of us to change how we operate, Oak City Cares is striving to continue to provide meals to guests experiencing homelessness and food insecurity with precautions in place to keep both guests and volunteers as safe from the virus as possible. So things will be a little different than in the past.
Won't you join us ... Saturday February 13, 2021?
Oak City Cares is located at 1430 South Wilmington Street Raleigh, NC 27603.
A simple breakfast of sausage/chicken biscuits, hard-boiled egg, breakfast bar, fruit and coffee will be served. We are not allowed to visit with guests at this time and we are also limited in the number of volunteers we can bring to serve. Specifics are below. Again, thank you for any help you can provide!
Carol and Bill McClain are our Ministry Leaders for this St. Francis ministry. But they are not available for this event. If you have any questions please call Becky Cawley at 314-409-5034.
