Welcome to The Grid online sign up. The Grid is a high octane, fat burning circuit, that utilizes many modalities to keep you moving and burning calories. All exercises can be modified for each individuals ability and you set your own pace during each session.
There are only 12 spots available for each 50 minute Grid session. Signing up online reserves your spot in the class up to 5 minutes before the start of the class. There is no minimum number of participants!!
Sign Up Sheets are available starting 24 hours the day BEFORE the Grid Session.
If spaces remain open, or there are no shows, additional members can join at the start of class.
