Please do not sign up for more than once per week in the designated class . We will be conducting makeup class for March when we resume at the studio .
We are committed to your child’s art education and are equally committed to their progress in the same way even on the new online platform. It is a transition for everyone, but not giving students the chance to explore this new learning method would be holding them back from their future endeavors in art. so let us collectively make this successful. 4 days of trial classes worked very well, and we could see the children are very fast at adapting to changes.
How the classes will work each week starting April 1st :
1. Your child's class day stays the same with a slight modification to the timing as instead the class of one hour your child will log in for 1.5 hours or if they used to come for 1.5 hours they will come for 2 hours . These extra two hours each month will be complimentary for our students and will not be counted as makeup hours. (March missed classes will be covered when Studio resumes regular schedule.)
2. Lesson plans will be sent out each week with the study material.
3. Last week of March classes were trial class for the students to get comfortable with the online tool. Making sure that they were logging into the right level, sound and camera working properly, etc.
Please register your child for the same day and time that they used to come to the studio to enable us to know that you would be coming for that class and to maintain the student teacher ratio. Please do not sign up for more than once per week. We will be conducting makeup class for March when we resume at the studio .We will be sending the meeting id and password in a separate email.
We would like to thank all the parents for their patience, cooperation, trust, and encouragement during this difficult time.
