Kick It Event Management
The Half Marathon will start at 7:30AM and the 5k will start at 8:00AM.
Registration/Packet Pick Up: Help the Race Directors hand out t-shirts, bibs, and race bags to runners. $15 per volunteer donation
Course Marshal: Directs runners at turns or aids the runners at intersections by holding waiting cars until it is safe to proceed. $20 per volunteer donation
Fuel Crew: Set up snacks provided by Whole Foods Market at their designated tent. The Fuel Crew/Clean-Up will help clean up that station. $15 per volunteer donation
Finisher Medals: Hand out finisher medals to the Half Marathoners as they run across the finish line. $15 per volunteer donation.
Parking: Helping to direct cars in the Oskar Blues parking lot. $30 per volunteer
Aid Station Groups: Each Aid station sign-up MUST commit to bringing 6 volunteers for the time period. (3 only people on the 5k station)
- Aid Station #1 & #6- (7am- 10:30am) $250
- Aid Station #2 (7:30am - 8:30am) $120
- Aid Station #3 (7:15am - 8:45am) $120
- Aid Station #4 (7:30am - 9:00am) - $150
- Aid Station #5 (8:00am - 10:00am) - $160
- 5k Aid Station (7:45am - 9:00am) - $60
Volunteers also receive a beverage on us for your help. Come and join the post-race party after your job is through.
