We are so excited to host the Thanksgiving Luncheon for the Women's Room at Friends in Deed for the 11th year running. Thank you in advance for your generous contributions.
The Luncheon will be on Monday, November 25 and will be held at the First Historic Lutheran Church in Pasadena. We will be serving 50-60 women that day, so will need lots of food, goodies, servers, set-up crews and clean-up crews.
Food contributions may be delivered to Ascension Church on Sunday, November 24 between 8am-2pm (please be sure to cover and label your contribution clearly--including reheating instructions if necessary, and any special dietary labels--gluten free, vegetarian/vegan, etc.). Food may also be delivered on Monday morning (Nov 25) between 7:30am-9:30am. If you need to coordinate a different time for food delivery, please contact Nicole (626-627-4681) or Maggie (626-353-2414) directly.
All quantities given are approximate. Feel free to adjust based on your recipe and experience. Each food item contribution should include approximately 20 servings and should arrive in a DISPOSABLE foil 1/2 size steam pan (12"x10"x4"). We will provide these for anyone who needs them. Pick up a pan any Sunday from the Ascension kitchen.
